View from the sea view rooms:-

The Braeval Hotel has ten en suite bedrooms. It is a Victorian building and, as you would expect, the rooms have their own individual character. Rooms vary in size and shape and the price varies accordingly. For example, our twin room is quite small but has a lovely sea view.

Some rooms have wonderful sea views across Nairn beach and the Moray Firth. Others have garden views.

Rooms were refurbished in June 2015. Decor has an light and airy sea-side feel consistent with a informal pub-hotel.

The Braeval is a lively pub-hotel and hosts regular live music from local musicians.  Most guests like to join in the craic in the bar however, guests need to be aware that some rooms are affected by noise during live music events. Dates for live music events are published on our Events Page.  If noise is a concern, please contact us and we will allocate a quieter room, if one is available.

All our rooms have en-suite shower rooms,  (none have baths). Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, remote control flat screen TV, hairdryers, radio alarms and free WiFi.

We do not have a private car park. However, there is free on street parking around the hotel.
